St. Joseph Vaz College, a young College empowers young men and women, especially the underprivileged into responsive citizens through holistic education. My experience in St Joseph Vaz Institute of Education, Cortalim was an amazing and unforgettable one. The institute provides a holistic training platform for teacher trainees. Teaching is an art so our mentors draw out the best in usby conducting various activities and programmes. My knowledge, skills , talents and leadership qualities were developed due to this exposure at the institute. Interactive and Fun- Learning Environment
It was a great experience studying in St. Joseph Vaz Institute of Education. The D.El.Ed course provided me the skills that are necessary in being an effective teacher. The internship provided us an opportunity to put our teaching into practice. The activities and Healthify series that were organised helped me in gaining more knowledge and building my creativity. This course also made me aware about the various teaching techniques which can be used to make the classroom an interactive and fun- learning environment.

I want to thank all my mentors in the institute who always helped me, motivated me and supported me whenever required. I loved the discipline institute has. The atmosphere of the institute engages you in studies and practical work. Mentors give the best subject knowledge and practical knowledge too. We were also instructed about how a teacher should be.
